William "Bill" D. Cross

William "Bill" D. Cross, 55, passed away on May 1, 2024, in Cleveland, Ohio.

He was born on July 30, 1968 in Dennison, Ohio, the son of the late Stanley and Betty Louise Cross.

Bill graduated from Carrollton High School in 1987. He worked as a Carpenter and was known to be a "Jack of all trades". 

Bill had the best sense of humor and was ornery as could be. He loved fishing, riding his motorcycle, collecting antiques and hanging out at the Scio Sportsman’s Club where he was a member. His true sense of joy and happiness came from spending time with his children and his grandkids more than anything. 

He is survived by his children, Katie Cross (Ivan Woodward) and Justin (Hailey) Sears; his grandchildren: Wylan Woodward, Bowen Woodward, Preslie Sears, Kash Sears, and Wilder Sears; his siblings: Jeff Cross, Larry (Tj) Cross, Bobby (Pam) Cross and Angela Cross; his uncle, Dale Emery and many loved and adored nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. 

There are plans for a Celebration of Life at a later date which will be announced by the family.
