Susan Buckey

Susan Carol Buckey, 55, of Ashtabula, Ohio, passed away Thursday, November 7, 2019 at her home following a chronic illness.

Susan was born November 21, 1963 in Ashtabula, Ohio to William Buckey and Grace (Buckey) Reposky.  Graduated from Harbor High School in 1981 and worked at Edwards Food Warehouse.  Susan was a member of the Friends Temple and Shrine of the Healing Master.  She enjoyed cooking for friends and family, crafts, and taking care of her three cats; Susan was known by many of her friends as “Psychic Susie”

Susan is survived by her mother Grace Reposky, step-father Andrew Reposky, step-mother Bonnie Buckey; brothers William (Caroline) Buckey and Warren Buckey; sisters Karen Buckey, Wendy Buckey, and Holly (Chris) Atterbury; four nephews (Stephen, Jack, and Luke Buckey and Andrew Atterbury), two nieces (Erin Madison and Ashley Rantamaki), and many other close friends and family.

Susan was preceded in death by her Father, William Buckey Sr, and her brother Reed Buckey.

Calling hours will be held on Saturday, 23 November 2019 from 2:00-3:30 PM at Czup Funeral Home (1329 Lake Avenue, Ashtabula, OH 44004) with a memorial service to follow at 3:30 PM.
