Rocky Pipers

Rocky K. Pipers, age 53, passed away unexpectedly in the ER of Ashtabula Regional Medical Center on December 11, 2024.

Rocky was born on January 27, 1971, in Seoul, Korea, the son of Dale Pipers and Sun Nyo Kim.

Rocky graduated in 1989 from Harbor High School.  He was employed by Goodwill Industries and in the maintenance department of the Ashtabula Mall.

He loved music of all kinds and was a huge fan of Steven King and enjoyed reading all his books.  Rocky was known by his family and friends as someone who they could always count on; he had a beautiful heart and will be missed dearly.

Rocky is survived by his daughter Hannah Renee Pipers; his brothers Herbert Pipers and Thomas Pipers; his longtime friend Donny McCune and his former wife and dear friend Christine Pipers.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister-in-law Nancy Pipers

There will be a Celebration of Life held on Friday February 7, 2025 at 2:30 PM at Czup Funeral Home, 1329 Lake Avenue, Ashtabula, Ohio.
