Rebecca Musolff, 53, passed away peacefully on January 6, 2025, in the Hospice House of Hospice of the western Reserve following a courageous battle with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy.
She was born on September 27, 1971 in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. She was the loving daughter to Jerry and Beverly Sutphin.
On March 16, 2013, Rebecca married Todd Musolff In Trinity Community Church in Titusville, Florida, where they made their home until 2024 when Todd and his family returned to his hometown in Ashtabula, Ohio. Although they found each other later in life they made memories that will last a lifetime because of a marriage filled with love and devotion.
Rebecca was a phenomenal mother to her three boys. The pride she had for her boys was immeasurable. Simply said “those boy’s were her life”.
Rebecca loved cooking and baking; and she loved her pets. Christmas was her favorite time of year; She loved hosting the holidays because it was the one time of year, she knew her entire family would be together; and no one would wrap presents to perfection better than her.
She is survived by her loving family; her husband, Todd; her son‘s Logan and Spencer, Burnett, and Sam Musolff; her mother Beverly; her grandmother, Louise Fowler; and her sister Julie Sutphin; Along with her niece, Aunt‘s uncles and cousins.
She was proceeded in death by her father Jerry in 2022, Her aunt Annabelle and uncle Jack Wright, and her cousin Mark Wright.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 10, 2025 at Czup Funeral Home, 1329 Lake Ave., Ashtabula, OH. Calling hours will be held from 10 AM to 11 AM and the funeral service will begin at 11 AM. The service will be conducted by her pastor and dear friend from Trinity Community Church, Pastor Tim Merwin , and his wife, Kim have made the trip up from Florida to help celebrate Rebecca‘s life.
