Raymond Higley

Raymond Higley, 74, passed away January 6, 2025 at tripoint Medical Center.

He was born in Ashtabula, Ohio on May 29, 1950 the son of Herbert and Francis (Kitson) Higley.

Raymond graduated from Jefferson high school and went on to proudly serve his country in the US Army. Raymond was a proud of Veteran, Father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend to many.

He was survived by his loving family; his children: William “Bo” (Naomi) Higley, Justin (Mariah) Higley, Corey Higley, and Kortney Higley; his daughter-in-law’s Tonja and Julie Higley; 13 grandchildren; and his siblings: Donna Koski, Arthur Higley, Rex(Donna) Higley; his nephew Thomas Azzano, whom he was very close with and his former wife and friend Fran Higley.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his sons Eric and John Higley, his sisters: Judith Azzano, Carla, Rose, and Cindy Knight, and his former wife Debra Higley.
