She was born on June 10, 1978, in Ashtabula, Ohio; the daughter of Dale and Judith (Burhanna) Williams.
Patty is survived by her mother, Judy Williams; her sister, Amy Williams; her aunt and uncle, Shirley and Bill Nagle and many dear friends.
She is preceded in death by her father, Dale Williams.
