Molly Sackett Obituary

Molly Ann Sackett (born Fiala), 75, passed away Sunday November 15, 2020 at her home with family and friends by her side.

She was born on June 28,1945 the daughter of Frank and Mollie A. (Schor) Fiala.

She was a 1963 graduate of Rowe High School in Conneaut, Ohio.

Molly was a bus driver for the Conneaut Area Schools for many years. Some of her hobbies included decorating, sewing, crafting, cooking, and baking. She was a joyful and festive woman who absolutely loved the magic of the Christmas season and family being together for the holidays.

She is survived by her children: Angella Sackett, Paul (Laura) Sackett, Justine Taylor, and Leo (Yvonne) Sackett. Her grandchildren: Christopher (Linda) Taylor, Joshua Taylor, Dana Sackett, Kara and Kyle Sackett, her great grandchildren: Adelynn, Brionna, and Tyler, her niece, Debbi Kapala (and her son Bryce), who always helped in time of need, and Tammy Nine who not only helped the family, but became part of it over 25 years ago; along with many other nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her siblings Joanne Fiala, Patricia Suscheck, Martha Eccleston, Howard Fiala, Edward Fiala, Shirley Kapala, and Robert Fiala.

The family would like to send special thanks to the staffs of CDC Dialysis Center, Jefferson Healthcare, Hospice of the Western Reserve, and the Saybrook Fire Department.

Private services will be held by the family at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Hospice of Western Reserve, or the American Diabetes Association.
