Jennifer Kocjancic Obituary

Jennifer L, (Cole) Kocjancic passed away on Thursday, December 19, 2024While visiting her son in Colorado Springs, CO. She fought a short, intense battle with cancer. Jen was courageous in her fight.  In the end, the Lord saw her suffering and called her home.

Jennifer always did things the hard way.  She wanted a better life for her family and decided to go back to college while working full time and caring for a toddler.  She obtained her associates degree and later her bachelor's of science degree  with a focus on Industrial Engineering. She graduated magna cum laude from Kent State University.

Jen was employed at Stryker located in Memphis, TN.  She was a Senior Project Manager.

Jennifer was one tough lady.  She was a typical type A personality with a sprinkle of OCD.  Everything had to be perfect.  If you were lucky enough, she showed you her soft, caring and generous heart.

Jen was happiest while spending time with her family, cooking, putting things together, completing home improvement projects and listening to all genres of music.  On the rare occasion when she sat still, she loved to snack while binge watching movies.

Jennifer was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, William Sr and Reva Cole, and her maternal grandparents, Lee and Rachel Anthony.  She is survived by her son, Kyle (Morgan) Kocjancic and her grandson Mason, her parents William Jr and Allison Cole, her brother, William III(Sagrario) Cole, her sister, Donita( Michael) Swanson,  her two nephews, Elijah Cole, Liam Cole and her ex- husband and companion, Gregory Kocjancic.

Jen will be sadly missed.  We were reminded that this loss is just temporary, we will all be together again.

Services were held on Saturday, January 18, 2025 at the Czup Funeral Home.
