Jeffrey D. Davis, 72, passed away June 22, 2026, at Geauga Regional Medical Center.
Born June 23, 1953, in Herriman, Tennessee, he was the son of James and Julia (McKeethan) Davis.
Jeffrey graduated from Euclid High School in 1971 and later answered a calling to deepen his faith by earning his degree from Crystal Springs Ministry College.
He dedicated many years of hard work to TRW-Eaton before retiring due to declining health.
On March 21, 1981, Jeffrey married the love of his life, Alease E. Brink. Together, they shared 45 years of marriage built on unwavering love, deep devotion, and enduring friendship. His greatest joy in life was his family, and he was a proud and loving father to Noelle, Jonathan, and Luke. Whether through quiet moments at home or shared laughter, Jeffrey’s life was centered around the people he loved most.
Music was another of Jeffrey’s great passions and a meaningful expression of both his personality and his faith. He found joy in playing the bass guitar and lifting his voice in song as a member of the praise band at Willow Praise Church. Through music, he connected not only with others but with his faith, using his talents to worship and serve.
A devoted member of Willow Praise Church, Jeffrey lived out a strong and steady Christian faith that guided his life and relationships. His church family and his faith were constants that brought him comfort, purpose, and community.
In addition to his love of family, music, and faith, Jeffrey enjoyed comic books, superhero movies, cooking, caring for his cats, and thrift shopping—simple pleasures that reflected his warm and easygoing spirit.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Alease; his children, Noelle Davis, Jonathan Davis, and Luke Davis; and his siblings, James (Patty) Davis and Maude (Jerry) Fratcher.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral services will be held on July 18, 2026, at Willow Praise Church, 32901 Vine Street, Willowick. The family will receive guests starting at 12:00 p.m., followed by a service at 1:00 p.m., with a luncheon to follow.
