Eileen C. Westfall

Eileen C. (Edgar) Westfall, 99, passed away peacefully on October 23, 2024, at the Villa at the Lake in Conneaut, Ohio.

She was born on February 20, 1925, in Lakewood, Ohio; the daughter of Fredrick and Amelia (Fleisig) Edgar.

Eileen graduated from North Ridgeville High School.

On July 2, 1949, Eileen married the love of her life, Darrell R. Westfall, they shared forty-six wonderful years of marriage together until his passing in 1995.

Eileen worked for Reliance Electric for more than twenty years as a coil winder. She also spent a great deal of time working on the Westfall Family Farm in Denmark Township.

Eileen enjoyed: reading, gardening, crocheting, sewing and baking. However, her true source of joy and happiness came from spending time with her family.

She is survived by her loving children: Karen (Jim) Westfall Pesek, Darrell R. Westfall, II and Jerry Westfall; her sister-in-law, Frances Edgar; her grandchildren: Stephanie (Brian) Baker, Seth (Rachel) Pesek, Jennifer (Ryan) McConnell, Miranda Westfall and Bryn (Ryan) Lucki and four great-grandchildren.  

Eileen was preceded in death by: her husband, Darrell Westfall; her parents and her brother, James Edgar.
