Donna Martin-Wellbaum

Donna Lynn (Chapman) Martin - Wellbaum, 64, passed with her loving family by her side October 10, 2019 at the Cleveland Clinic.

Donna was born October 23, 1954 in Cleveland Ohio to Donald and Betty (Bubb) Chapman. She attended Cleveland schools, graduating from St. John Lutheran grade school on June 5, 1968 and Collinwood High School on June 9th, 1972.

Donna resided in Cleveland and eventually moved to the Geneva and the Ashtabula area where she resided until her death. Donna spent her life giving of herself to others and raising her children. She enjoyed writing short stories, music, art and taking pictures.  Her world revolved around her children and grandchildren and she will be missed by them dearly.

She is survived by her loving brothers Chris Chapman and Donald Chapman, Dedicated Loving Children: Mike Orsulic, Linda Orsulic , Kourtnie (Cory) Wiser, Ryan Martin, Dustin Wellbaum, Brittnie Wellbaum, Corrine Wellbaum and Raechyl Wellbaum and , her very loving companion Tom Madar, her 19 Grand Children: Joshua, Steven, Adam, Allissa, Trevor, Priscilla, Dailyn, Devon, Layce, Demetrius, James, Brielle, Cassius, Quarra, Skylynn, Ahmari, Major and Riyan; and her 2 Great Grand Children Raelynn and Remington

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Dale Wellbaum.

Services to be held Saturday October 19th, 2019 at Czup Funeral Home,  1329 Lake Ave. Ashtabula, Ohio. Visiting hours 12:00 – 2:00 PM, Service at 2:00 PM, Celebration of life to follow at the American Legion, Ashtabula.
