Cindy L. Kungle

Cindy Kungle, 65, passed away on August 10, 2022, with her family by her side. She was born in Akron, Ohio on December 2, 1956 the daughter of the late William and Ruth Hughes.

Cindy is survived by her partner of the past 30 years, Tim Wallace; she was the loving mother of four children: Keith Kungle (Amber), Kelly Burdette (Brian), Kerry Kungle (John), and Kasey Wallace; Cindy was the cherished Grandma of six grandchildren that she absolutely adored: Kaitlyn, Kylie, Vivian, Benjamin, and Thea; great-grandson Kashytn, and by her brother Steve Hughes (Debb) and her sister Kathy Hathaway (Greg).

Cindy, a long-time Green, resident graduated from Green High School, in 1974. Cindy enjoyed life, she had many passions such as cooking, crafting, gardening, and spending time with family. She was a hard worker and enjoyed her long-time career as a waitress where she touched many people's lives.

Her Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, August 14, 2022, from 1:00-3:00 pm at Schermesser Funeral Home, 600 East Turkeyfoot Road, Akron, Ohio 44319
