Catherine Limpert

Catherine A. (Howard) Limpert, age 64, passed away on May 3, 2020 at the Hospice House in Cleveland, Ohio.

She was born on April 2, 1956 in Geneva, Ohio to Arnold and Joyce (Holmes) Howard.

She graduated from Geneva High School in 1974. Cathy worked most of her life in retail sales and also owned a shoe repair shop in the Ashtabula Harbor.

She was very proud of her family.  She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, companion and friend to many.

She is survived by her three sons: Eric (Brittany), Norman (Jen) and Steven (Heather) Limpert; Ken Kangas, her loving companion of almost 23 years, Nina (Jason) Detore, who she loved as her own daughter; her brother Gerald Howard (Kimberly) and six grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and an infant sister.

Cathy will be laid to rest in Perry Cemetery in her family lot at a later date once large public gatherings become safer for her family and friends.
