Bradley Jarvi Obituary

Bradley John Jarvi, 88, of Conneaut, passed away peacefully
on June 4, 2025, at Carington Park Nursing Home, after a
brave battle with cholangiocarcinoma.
Bradley was born on March 20, 1937, in Conneaut, Ohio, the
son of Mauno and Esther (Lintola) Jarvi. He graduated from
Conneaut High School in 1955 and proudly entered the United
States Marine Corps. He served from 1955 until 1963 when he
was honorably discharged. He married Helen L. Lippert on
September 10, 1963, in Buffalo, New York.

Bradley enjoyed spending time with his daughters, grandchildren, and great-
grandchildren. He enjoyed attending the sporting events and activities of all his
grandchildren and most recently attending the soccer games and activities of his three
older great-grandchildren. Bradley loved animals. He had a dog named Stromboli
when he was a child. His very last fur buddy was a dog named Petey. He had many
other beloved pets in between. He passed his love for animals on to all four of his
daughters. He also enjoyed shopping, going out to eat, and meeting his friends in the
morning at McDonald’s.
Bradley is survived by his three daughters: Pamela (Robert) Glenn, Debra (William)
Meredith, and Dawn Jarvi; his five grandchildren: Zachiary Kuper, Kayla (Eric) Sjogren,
Corey Glenn, Lee Ann Stitt, and Angela Stitt; and eight great-grandchildren: Rylee
Kuper, Madelyn Kuper, River Sjogren, Jack Sjogren, Noah Glenn, Dawson Glenn,
Scarlette Glenn, and Giovanni Hawrylko. Also surviving is his sister, JoAnn Judson,
and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Tammy Lee Jarvi; his wife, Helen L. (Lippert)
Jarvi; his Jack Russell terrier, Petey; and his parents, Mauno and Esther Jarvi.
Per Bradley’s wishes, no calling hours will be observed. Funeral services will be held at
the convenience of his family. Czup Funeral Home, 1329 Lake Avenue, Ashtabula, is
entrusted with arrangements.
