Aletha Ann Laux

SHARON, PA. – Aletha Ann Laux, 47, passed away peacefully on July 23, 2024, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Boardman, Ohio.

She was born in Ellwood City, PA on August 16, 1976.

Aletha enjoyed crafts, the outdoors, swimming and socializing with friends; but her true source of joy and happiness came from her children and grandchildren.

She is survived by her loving family, her mother, Patty and her stepfather, Melvin Helsley; her children: Erica Bolden, Trevor Lee, Patrick Laux and Jacob Spell; her grandchildren: Anniyah, Peyton, Norville, Ezra, and Amiliano; and her siblings, Patrick Jordan and Sean Jordan.

Funeral services to Celebrate her Life will be held on Thursday, August 1st, 2024; visitation will be held from 5:00p-6:00p with a funeral service to follow at 6:00p at the Chestnut Ridge Church, 7215 Chestnut Ridge Road in Hubbard, Ohio. 

Just as in life, Aletha always put others needs first, her death wasn’t going to be any different.  Through organ donation she saved the lives of 3 people.  She has changed their lives and their family’s lives forever. In their eyes and in her own family’s lives Aletha will be remembered as a true hero.
