MINERVA – Roseann Offenberger, 58, passed away unexpectedly on August 16, 2022, in the Cleveland Clinic following a very brief illness.
She was born in Stubenville, Ohio on July 27, 1964, the daughter of Louis and Dorothy (Elliot) Bernardi.
She was the loving wife of the late James Offenberger.
Roseann enjoyed the very simple things in life; she loved a good bargain and enjoyed going to yard sales and thrift stores; she enjoyed crafts and gardening; she loved and appreciated the beauty of the outdoors and would often go hiking; she enjoyed going to the many county fairs and occasionally would try her luck at the casinos. But for Rosann, its family that was her true source of happiness and pride. Whether it was trips to Ray’s Pizza, a birthday party, Christmas or just the kids or grandkids stopping by to say “hello” – it was all about family for her. Her family was her reason for living.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory; her kids: Christy (Mitchell) Smith, Michael Hoopingarner, Leona Hoopingarner, and James Offenberger; her grandkids: Savannah, Camren, Gage, Landon, and Cole; her siblings: Kathleen Brown, Betty Jean Tanner, Harry J. Bernardi and Richard Lee Bernardi.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband James; her brothers: Dennis, Louis, Greg, David and Robert Bernardi; and her sisters: Lena Mae, Linda Myers, and Janice Myers.
A Celebration of her short but beautiful Life will be held on August 27th, 2022, in Simmons Ridge Cemetery at 12:00.
