Paul F. Maiers, 54, passed away on May 16th, 2023, at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio.
He was born on March 25th, 1969, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the son of Paul F. and Roberta (Haberjak) Maiers, Sr.
After graduating high school, he attended college for four years in Minnesota and Delaware. On June 7th, 2005, he married Jennifer Christine Clendenin, they shared seventeen years of wonderful marriage together.
Paul was a professional hockey player for the Philadelphia Flyers for three years. He then went into law enforcement where he became a police officer and was a member of S.W.A.T. He also worked as a Tow Truck driver for thirty years and was the owner of MAR OHIO.
He enjoyed hockey, BBQ’ing and working on cars. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren as they were his greatest source of joy and happiness.
He is survived by his mother, Roberta Maiers; his loving wife, Jennifer Maiers; his beloved children: Tony (Bonnie) Maiers, Auston Maiers (Amirah Phillips), Hanah (Kenny) Martin, Jeremy (Seirra) Maiers and Jacob Maiers; his step-mother, Sue Meissner; his grandchildren: Brantley, Baylee, Kansas, Luna, Damian, Reyna and one on the way and his siblings: Regina Wolfe, April Metz, Eric Maiers and Rhonda O’Brien.
He is preceded in death by his father, Paul Maiers, Sr. and his sister, Michelle Pentecost.
