Mary Margaret McDowell

Mary Margaret McDowell, 75, passed away on April 19, 2022, at Cleveland MetroHealth Medical Center.

She was born on December 15, 1946, the daughter Richard and Viola (Peterman) May.

Mary was a hardworking, loving and dedicated single mother of two.  Her entire life she always put others before herself; she would give her last dollar to a stranger if she knew they needed it more than se did.  She enjoyed crocheting and watching TV, her favorite thing to watch on TV was WWE.  She had her favorite wrestlers over the years but if she had to pick her favorite, she would probably go back to the beginning and pick Hulk Hogan.

She is survived by her loving family; her daughters: Mary McDowell and Nancy May; her grandchildren: Iyanna Sanders, Aaliyah Sanders, and Acie McDowell Jr.; her brothers: Harry, Chuckie, and Dell and her sister Betty May.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister Darlene.

In honor of her wishes no public services will be held.
