Jill Ann Murray, 50, passed away on November 2, 2021 at her home in Kingsville.
Jill was born on April 29, 1971 in Ashtabula, Ohio.
She graduated from Ashtabula High School in 1989. Jill very proudly served her country in the United States Army for nine years; 15 months of that time was spent in Iraq as she completed a Tour of Duty before being honorably discharged. Jill was very proud of her time in the service and continued to support the military and veterans whenever possible.
Jill worked for Grand River Rubber in Ashtabula, Ohio for twenty-six years, during her time there she received multiple awards for performance. She helped support her partner’s business, Picture Perfect Party Planners who specializes in weddings. Jill continued to help others by volunteering for GO Ministries and H.I.P (Helping Independent Parents). She had many interests: she enjoyed kayaking, fishing off the boat and spending time with beloved dogs, Keanya and Bella. She was a loyal Cleveland Browns fan and enjoyed technology and electronics.
She is survived by her twin brother, Jack Murray, her nephew, Shawn (Brandi) Murray, her niece, Destiny DeCamillo, her great-nephew, Jace and her long-time companion and dear friend, Patricia Camplese-Hadlock.
She is preceded in death by her father James Murray and her brother, Steve L. Murray.
Services will be held on Saturday, November 6th, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. with a funeral service to follow at 12:00 p.m. at Czup Funeral Home, 1329 Lake Avenue, Ashtabula, Ohio. Burial to immediately follow the funeral service at Harpersfield Township Cemetery where Jill will receive full Military Honors.
