Emily Troub

Emily Louise Watson Troub, 83, passed away peacefully at the home of her son in Painesville, Ohio, on July 13, 2021.

She was born on October 21, 1937 in Lennox Township, the daughter of Edgar and Genevieve (Liggettt) Watson.

Emily grew up in the Lennox/Jefferson area.  She moved to Ashtabula, Ohio after marrying her husband, H. James Blair and raised her family there. After the death of her first husband, Emily moved to Phoenix, Arizona area in 1984.  She returned to Ohio in 2015 due to declining health, residing with her son and his family.

Emily enjoyed crafts of all types, especially ceramics, crocheting and sewing.

Emily is survived by her children: Daniel (Kimberly) Blair, Steven (Kelley) Blair, Kathy Sechrist of Arizona, Terri (David) Cox of Texas and Julie Blair of Arizona; her siblings: Albertine Marijohn of Mentor, Ohio and Shirley (Bob) Oltoff of California; her cousins: Bobbi McNeilly and David Liggett ; she is also survived by eleven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her siblings: Janice Watson, Nancy Cooke and Neil Watson; her husbands: H. James Blair, Franklin Anderson and Charlie Troub and a granddaughter: Ashlee Cox.

Private arrangements will be made at a later date with burial at Ray's Corners Cemetery in Lennox Township, Ohio.
