CONNEAUT - Cindy L. Keyes, 61, passed away June 17, 2019 at the Ashtabula County Medical Center following a short illness..

She was born in Conneaut on May 14, 1958 the daughter of John and Gladys (Pierce) Perkins.

On June 23, 1980 she married Daniel D. Keyes.

Cindy was a machinist at General Aluminum for several years. She was a longtime member of the Ashtabula First Church of God.

She really enjoyed playing cards and she adored her dogs.  Cindy was a person who simply lived for her family.  Her children and grandchildren were her reason for living.  She was also so proud of her siblings and being one of 16 children.

She is survived by her children: Susanna Marie (Kirk Jennings) Erdman, Michelle L. Keyes and Daniel Keyes; 10 grandchildren and her siblings: Myrtle Walker, Marlene Shaffer, Evelyn Beeman, Rebecca Jeffries, James Perkins, Gerald Perkins, Billy Perkins and Thomas Perkins.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Daniel, her son Daryl Keyes and 7 siblings.

Funeral services will be held on Friday evening at 7:00 p.m. at CZUP FUNERAL HOME.  Calling hours will be held one hour prior to the service from 6:00-7:00.

Private burial services will take place in East Conneaut Cemetery.
