Brian Reams

April 16, 1971 — July 8, 2020

ASHTABULA - Brian Wayne Reams, 49, passed away with his family by his side on July 8th, 2020 at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Youngstown, Ohio from injuries he sustained when he was struck on his motorcycle.

He was born in Conneaut on April 16th, 1971, the son of Roy E. and Barbara Jean (Wheeler) Reams.  Brian made his home for the past few years in Jamestown, PA closer to where he worked.

Brian worked for Davey Tree as a Line Clearer for over 18 years. Brian had many interests and hobbies he enjoyed over the years, some of his favorites were; hunting, fishing, downhill skiing, boating and riding his Harley-Davidson.  Brian loved his family and always looked forward to the times he spent with them.

Brian is survived by his loving family: his mother Barbara; his grand-mother Marion Wheeler; his daughter Kelsey (Justin) Stitt and his son Hunter Fenton; his granddaughter Miya Stitt; his many siblings: Herschel (Jolyn) Reams, Howard (Debbie Chung) Reams, Keith (Robin) Reams, Vincent (Kim) Reams and Kelly (Rick) Melter; as well as many dear friends and nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his father Roy, and his grandparents: Ed and Blanche Reams and Cyrus Wheeler.

A service to celebrate Brian's life will be held on Tuesday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the main pavilion at Lake Shore Park.  Masks are suggested but not required.
