Lee Lewis, 77, passed away May 13, 2019 at the ER of the Ashtabula County Medical Center

He was born in Ravenna, Ohio, on November 24, 1941, and was the son of Richard and Eleanor Lewis.

He graduated in 1960 from Erie Tech High School.  Lee worked over 30 years at TRW.

On February 21, 2004, he married Marlene E. DeLuia.

Lee was an avid car enthusiast and collector.  He loved going to car shows and often would bring “Big Red” his 1961 Ford Galaxy Starline and his 1963 Pontiac Bonneville convertible.  Lee and Marlene could often be found at Eddie’s Grill; their favorite summer hangout.  He also enjoyed riding his Harley, he even made several coast to coast trips on his bike.

He is survived by his loving wife Marlene; his loving children: Bryan (Carol) Lewis, Pamela (Bill) Moyer-Delbrugge, Leah  (MacArthur) Foster, Steven Lewis, and Randi Lewis; and step-daughter Kara (Bob) Turner; 19 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren and his sibling: Dick (Melody) Lewis, Donna Keefe, Debbie (Bill) Crotty, Joan (Mike) Carneval, Patricia (Gary) Dickey, Phyllis (James) Wagner and Barbara (Ross) Barnes.

He was preceded in death by his brothers James and John Yates.

Services will be held on Saturday May 18 at CZUP FUNERAL HOME, 1329 Lake Avenue Ashtabula, with calling hours going from 2:00 to 4:00 and services starting at 4:00.
